The celebration of a life must be a perfect occasion, complete and correct in every detail. There are certain qualities and characteristics that set one family apart from another and one funeral home apart from the rest. The Wilson-McReynolds difference lies in our unending pursuit of perfection in everything we do, and this commitment to excellence is shown by our service to you. The commitment of excellent service clearly sets us apart from other funeral providers in the area.
“We don’t do it that way”
... is not part of our vocabulary!
There are many service guidelines we provide service by, but one that always comes forefront in our minds is this: families in sorrow should have our ultimate attention, caring and compassion. When serving, we always remember this, "Think about the little things". We feel it is often the smallest details that make a funeral service truly meaningful, and truly healing. It is our goal to serve all families when called upon by the saying "Above and Beyond" in our service to everyone who turns to us when
faced with planning a life tribute.
You may choose between a Small Chapel area, or a Large Chapel area at our Funeral Home. Services can be held almost anywhere. If there is a special location you shared with your loved one, or your family has a special request to better personalize and memorialize a service for you, please let your request be made known to one of our directors.
We
offer services that others don’t!
A large lounge to offer guests light
refreshments during visitation with
doors that open onto a patio. Television
and a small in- door play area for younger
children, along with a fish tank in
the room for a peaceful tranquil atmosphere...
We have a private room located just off the Large Chapel for family to have quiet time, or for clergy or guest speakers to prepare.
We have a music room with a piano, and pianist available if needed. Along with a state of the art sound system for music to be heard throughout the building.
DVD Video Tributes compiled with favorite family photos and special music, are shown on a viewing screen in the Chapel for you to share with your family (if you choose to) during visitation. It’s also shown in the hallway just outside the chapel for guests waiting to enter.
Values
of a Meaningful Ceremony...
Creating a meaningful
ceremony when death occurs,
can help one with physical,emotional,
and religious changes that
take place in ones life.
The death of someone we
love will disconnect us
from the environment around
us. As one searches for
the presence of calm and
comfort, one must make changes
to the new world around
them.
Being involved in a meaningful
funeral ceremony can ease the
pain of separation that will naturally
come with death. It is a time
of sharing good memories, and
experiences with friends and family,
and helps one begin making changes
in ones “life before the
death” to “life after
the death.
