Dear Bob and Dave,
I want to "thank you" again for the excellent services you provided to our family for the funeral arrangements for our aunt, Mary Lois Norman Meredith.

The physical aspects of your funeral home are very beautiful and well-maintained. The floral arrangements were displayed with very pleasing placements along side the photographs we provided. The extra touches of food and drinks were very welcomed since we were there at the lunch hour. Being diabetic I very much appreciated this convenience.

I appreciate the very thorough professional knowledge you have that was given with the advice that helped in many ways, especially with the return of benefit payments for Social Security and Black Lung.

The musical selections of recorded music were so very appropriate for Aunt Lois. We were comforted by the hymns selected.

Most of all your kind and caring manner to all of us was very touching and meant so much to us.

Sincerely,
Roberta Blankenship
For the family of Mary Lois Norman Meredith

Dave, Bob and MaryAnne,
I want to express my appreciation for all the acts of kindness you extended to me and my family. You are all very professional and have the special touch that has been given to you by Christ.

Dave & Bob,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and kindness and true, sincere concern you showed us during mom’s services.

You truly could not of been nicer or more helpful and you made every little detail perfect.Mom’s service and the funeral home were just beautiful, just like she was and your kindness to the visitors was much noticed by all.

We could not of been more pleased or happier with your personal services. You feel like family & we love you both….

Mr. Wilson & Mr. McReynolds,

Thank you and your staff for all your caring assistance during my uncle’s funeral.
My mom & I cannot express our gratitude enough & the planting of the tree was a great memorial to a wonderful man.

All our best…

Dave,

I want to give you special thanks. The care you gave Bob and our families and friends was above and beyond!

The funeral home is beautiful. (So many people made the same comment.) And – you are so efficient! Never before in any other funeral home have I seen the many “special” things you do for the family.

Thanks also for your words at the gravesite…

Dear Bob and Dave,
The purpose of this letter is to express to each of you, as well as to your staff, how grateful I am for the manner in which you conducted my Mother’s funeral and burial services.

Many times my Mother told me that she chose you “because you were the best.” Of course, at the time I had limited understanding as to what she meant. But, as it often is in life, if we pay attention, we are given the opportunity to learn the reasons why.

I want both of you to know how complementary my co-workers and friends in Miami have been of the memory book you produced. Most who looked at the book commented that they had never seen anything like it. Receiving equal attention were “The Dash” and the poem entitled “In Loving Memory.”

Countless copies of both have been distributed and emailed around here and no doubt as a result have found their way to many other parts of the world. As I settle into life today and plan for my future, please accept my deepest thanks for your attention to my Mother’s funeral…
